You made this same post 3 times in 2 different forums so why make another 1 Northstar518 ;).   OOL is horrible and the speeds are all over the place as I see in your test history and I know because I had them and they offer 30/5 but its mostly 15/3 and the 15/2 is like 5/1.  Fios is the same 24/7 !!!!!
