Seems that the Macbook Pro project is getting quite a bit of attention that we weren't expecting (at least not this early).  As with all one-off projects this one is taking a bit of time to sort out kinks so while we're hoping for a photo shoot this week, it may be put off for a few days till everything comes together.
Also want to clarify that we're modding a one-off unit here.  While everyone is reporting what a diamond Apple logo can go for, we don't want to go irritating Apple by reproducing their logo for everyone.  Our goal is to offer a wide range of customizing for these laptops so each and every one that leaves our shop is unique.  We're not into mass production.  So if there is a copyright concern, we'll handle it on a case by case basis.

Jeeze, isn't the mac book pro , bad ass enough, w/o wasting good connection metal on the outside? Duh!

Thats another thing, they get hot as hell, wonder what kind of alloy they use to keep it from distorting?

K Reso, it might, but if it is anything like copper, it is merely more apt to just burn the heck out of you more easily. I'd think anyway.

So I wonder how much just to plate the inside of the pickup bed only.
