True, but Europe having this laws rule all is going to be the downfall of Europe in the end. The US maintaining our military will always keep us up front in the end. So if we isolated from the rest of the world, who would protect the rest of the world? There is your curious question of the week. In other words that is why the rest of  the world has this luxury to not do anything. We always intervene. Just not sure why others cry foul when they disagree. I mean they have none or little investment in what we do. (UK not included yet, but it does look like that is changing)

I noticed your link allows no copy and pasting.  Sad

Thanks for the Link Tdawnaz ,today was the first time I heard about this article , so I need time to study the implications ,
and Tommie you summed it up right IMO, the UK is now taking a sudden shift towards Europe , for me that has been a natural state for me for so many years working  in Europe ,  I have personally felt European most of my life ,for me  it was always a case of Europe and the UK being separate , (by only 21 miles ) but still separate ,
but I have always felt America was our closest ally  , especially in times of need ,  but that view is not now held by the majority in the UK,

IMO, the UK has been running with the fox and hunting with the hounds for the past 15 years , but it now looks like a swing to Europe is gathering momentum , Personaly I think that will again prove to be the wrong move , and it will all end up with tears before bedtime ,
