Am i infected? is this a windows bug?

Hi there guys

i have had this problem in my previous laptop and i thought i was infected with some wierd virus that was just to play with me and was not malicious or something like that
but now i got a new computer and i got the same problem

i right lick on the recyble bin icon and then
when i try to empty the recyble bin it says do u want to delete the folder Windows ?
i click yes and it gives me an Error msg

1st- i am not supid i didnt put the windows folder in the recyble bin
2nd - when i click on the recyble bin to see what is inside it, there is no folders

So is this a VIRUS or a WINDOWS BUG?

my guess would be a hijack of some sort.. maybe a tojan.. I dont know for sure but i will look into it later..

I have a Reg file that will restore your problem with recycle bin, PM me if you want it....or there is a fix on Kellys Korner the link is.......
