What state do you live in ?  I have Fios 20/20 for $65 a month and you might be able to get it if you call up. Smile  That would make you love Fios more if your upload was as fast as your download   azn

No you really do need that much, epically with all the large downloads, and the new web apps that are coming around. You really need a fat pipe. And with bandwidth being so cheap now they can afford to give a 20Mbps connection.

But it will come back to bite them in the ass one day because verizon doesn't exactly have a lot of spar bandwidth in there network.

I hope they have enough common sense to fix any bandwidth issues on their side before offering faster packages to a wider range of people....

I think I do need those speeds. This is only one of 5 computers on my network at home. Its a worst case scenario however, I think it would kind of suck to have to split a 5 mbit connection 5 ways.

I don't know Dlewis but I never get less than 20 mb down and up if I max out my connection no matter what time it is its always the same.
