Hey everyone.  Notifications aren't working.  For some reason I can't get SMF to send notifications.  SMTP and php default are both not working. 

I even updated SMF's backend to the most recent version of 1.1 and it's still giving me problems.

As you can imagine, this outdated version of the site isn't my top priority right now.  But when I get a moment I'll dig in a little deeper and see what's holding back the notifications.
