Now everyone who has wrongway satellite internet you must complain to the right people ....If you feel you are being ripped off you must complain to your states atttorney generals office or public service board  if your state has one .  By complaining to DirecWay is going to do nothing they will listen but when you end the call tthats the end of their problem.  You cannot  falsley  advertise a product and lock people into contracts paying in some places double the price of broadband for 1/2 the speed(and thats being nice) so dont waste your energy calling India call your  AG office they will put  pressure on these people .  In my opinion we are facing geographical discriimination.

that is a good point.. senator or state representitive..  Maybe if you organize a thread on here you can get some names and send it to your rep..

The better business  bureau"s web site doesn't have enough information to post a recommendation I wonder how much Hugh's paid them under the table.

Average download 500Kbps
Average upload        75Kbps

Where are you people they must all be over in India enjoying superfast internet connection

My observations

Average download  125Kbps
Average upload          10Kbps   and thats being nice

6 months left on my commitment and counting

i'll add them to my list tonight as well, i will e-mail ours in south carolina tonight! good point by all. sure wish i had my hassle free roadrunner back...in the country now and this stupid system is all i can use.
