Man Ppills if i was you I would get the 8MB download with 1MB upload. Damn, if only it was offered here in Phoenix i would get that. But is not

The advertised speeds for my ISP is 6.0 Mbps down / 384 Kbps up. So i'm getting far more download and bit more up than what it says on the website.
No, I haven't tweaked my upload at all. If I knew how I would.

Isn't this illegal to tweak your settings? I mean, I remember a friend of mine hacked his modem's init string, and he got a notice about it from his ISP....
Is it the same thing?

Is it the same thing?
uncapping modems is illegal, tweaking your PC´s registry is not......
Uncapping is something i do NOT recommend, thats stealing bandwidth
