hey risky Smile

quoute from http://www.blkviper.com

"svchost.exe
A generic process that is “Service Host” for other processes. Yes, this is actually a service, but I
am placing it here because I have no where else to put it. You may have 3 or 4 copies running in
task manager (system, network, user, and ?) If you use my tweaking tips in this document, you
can rid yourself of a couple of them."

I suggest you use this attached file and use recommended SAFE settings, that speeded up my pc alot

What exactly should I do with this and what to look for, its a 64 page document that really just explains what they do, as you previously said "use SAFE settings". Where should I look for this in the document, thanks pal

If your computer is bogging down and task manager’s processes don’t seem to be wrong you might want to look into this update.
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/bulletin/MS04-011.mspx

svchost.exe is a system process belonging to the OS which handles processes executed from DLLs. This program is important for the stable and secure running of your computer and should not be terminated.

Svchost.exe is quite common but if you would like to know what they are doing, try this…
Run, CMD, tasklist/svc
