If you use Cablenut you can tweak upload

download and install Cablenut http://testmy.net/forum/index.php?action=dlattach;topic=1013.0;id=64

open adjuster

Set DefaultSendWindow to 47104

click save to registry and reboot

the upload goes from 64 to 96 to 42 to 32 ,,,then drops to 16 again...i did everything you said ...what else is there..it seems to be dropping to far from 96 to 16kB/second..i have windows firewall turned off installed those programs..is there anything else?? i think the upload speed should stay at around 50-60kB/sec but it just keeps dropiin to 16.

1. What OS are you running, ex win 98, win xp, if you have XP make sure you have SP2 installed! Also download the p2p fix for SP2 here http://www.speedguide.net/read_articles.php?id=1497
2. What service do you have, what is the advertised speed for download/upload.
3. What tweakprograms you already got installed, and run this test http://www.dslreports.com/tweaks  copy and paste result URL  adress in your post!
4. What speed do you have against www.testmy.net and http://nitro.ucsc.edu/  also make a tracert, go to start-run type command and hit enter, type tracert testmy.net and hit enter, right click copy all and paste it in your post.

If you have TCP Optimizer or Dr.TCP installed, make sure the MTU field is blanked out after that click save.

now

download this attached file (DSL PPPoE 1500 384.zip ), unzip it to C:\Program\Cablenut

open cablenut adjuster, click delete cablenut tweaks and click save to registry, in top left corner click file, load custom settings file,  browse to C:\Program\Cablenut and dubble click on the file you unzipped.

now click save to registry and reboot

check speed again, use the 2992 KB testfile for download and 1496KB testfile upstream, also make a new tweaktest and post result

good luck
