I just restarted my computer and when it boots backup it stays loading on the Windows load bar screen and does not go any further, I need help asap as I am in safe mode right now

when you hit F8, dont you have a option for booting on latest working configuration?

btw, did you change something in your registry or installed some new drivers, programs?

Well using last known configuration works Smile ... But it all started after I unstalled a program then asked me to restart, after the restart it wouldnt bootup, I booted in safe-mode, uninstalled the program, but then still wouldnt boot up, but after using last known config, it works fine, any explanation to this? :whaa:

but you might want to try a regcleaner

i use this and it works great for me

try a system restore.. try something earlier in the week.. if that doesnt correct the bad part of the file system.. guess what.. you get to reformat!!  Or call tech support.. to tell you to reformat.. lol
