Hey, ive been around the forum once or twice.  And im having major problems, I had Alltels Tier 1 service for awhile now 1.5mb/384 i cant complain.  Good speed, was getting on average 1.3mbs down and 370 up.  So i saw they got this new DSL Ultra which is 3.0/384 for the same price i pay now! so i called and they told me they would upgrade me no problem, well i called today becuase i noticed my internet was very slow, i was seeing if they were upgrading it or working on my line, and they said it would be up and running at 3.0 by 7:00 pm.  So i went to work, came home at 10 oclock ran a speed test and im at 500kbs!! what the heck, thought it was a fluke, ran the speed test for download about 10 times now and average from 100kbs-1000 max for my download, what the heck is going on!
