Whenever I do my speed I get that it is 16.3 meg. even when i retest it. i didn't hit the back button. is this my real speed? it took less than a second to complete.

~~~ so I doubt that was the case... may have been some crazy cache progam or something...  But the only person I have seen pulling speed higher than that was my friend and that was testing server to server ~~ a home connection that fast would be extramly expensive... one day in the future maybe

The usual was just an increase in the upload speed releaseing it to just about match the download speed, when those hacks were availible 90% of modems only had a 10Mbps interface.
