HELP

my download speed is slow and i dont know alot of stuff about the internet. i read the tweaking guide and dont understand most of it!

help

Connection is:: 1000 Kbps about 1 Mbps (tested with 748 KB)
Download Speed is:: 122 kB/s

when i tried to do step 4 im ur guide "4. What speed do you have against www.testmy.net and http://nitro.ucsc.edu/  also make a tracert, go to start-run type command and hit enter, type tracert testmy.net and hit enter, right click copy all and paste it in your post"   the black screen after doing its test thing it closed itself so i cant copy wut it said unless thiers another way to get to it.
