hey coronaman and welcome to the forum Smile

your MTU is off

download this http://www.dslreports.com/front/DRTCP021.exe

open it and make sure everything is set to default and all fields must be blank, including the MTU for all adapters

use delete key and erase every value you see

now click apply and reboot

make a new tweaktest and let me know what advertised speed up and down your package has

When you follow the link to his DSLreport.com report, he has put in that his advertised speed is 384, think this was entered wrong, or he is just really close to what he should be?

rogers has no 384 Kbps package

http://www.shoprogers.com/Store/Cable/InternetContent/lite.asp?shopperID=96DUNJDQLPRG9J7E5W7QN3NUCJ1759NF

they have 256Kbps package and next step is 3 Mbps

what package are you paying for coronaman?
