Quote from: Eastlink.ca
The fastest.
With EastLink, modem speeds are up to 5 megabits per second. Which makes it (this is worth repeating!) the fastest residential High Speed Internet service available system-wide in its area.1 But don’t take our word for it. Sign up today and see for yourself.

But they do not realy specify the upload cap. ANd if your download cap is 5 Mbps, you realy have some speed problems.

Okay I called my ISP and this is what they told me.
My modem can handle 600 Kbps on the download
and 120-130 Kbps on the upload.
They were pretty amazed when I told them my scores  Shocked

Yeah.
I followed exactly what you recommended in one of the threads.
Cable nut + SP2 settings + a program that's recommended for SP2 users.
It's all in a thread you started. I just can't remember where it is  Confused
