I'm on the Adelphia 4000/512 plan, and check out these speeds,

Connection is:: 4481 Kbps about 4.5 Mbps (tested with 2992 KB)
Download Speed is:: 547 kB/s

Bottom Line:: 80X faster than 56K 1MB download in 1.87 sec
Diagnosis: Awesome! 20% + : 80.69 % faster than the average for host (adelphia.net)
