I have gon from great speeds to this ...WHY???
I have done all the tweaks and for the last week my speeds SUCK...

Connection is:: 176 Kbps about 0.2 Mbps (tested with 1013 KB)
Download Speed is:: 21 kB/s
Tested From:: http://www.testmy.net/
Test Time:: Sun Feb 20 20:38:18 CST 2005
Bottom Line:: 3X faster than 56K 1MB download in 48.76 sec
Diagnosis: May need help : running at only 21.33 % of your hosts average (direcpc.com)
