ping on dial up problems

i play nascar 2003 online and when i race my ping jumps to 300 400
constantly i use end it all and it doesnt help at all ive tryed switching modems to no avail
i have dial up with msn my modem is a 56k v.92 usb modem
i run windows xp pro
756 ddr memory 64 mb geforce3
and an amd 2000 pleaze send some help my way so i dont keep runnin over everybody

First of all....... it is the dial up Wink

Second... get cable... :haha:

For real though, if you play online games, even games like starcraft and warcraft which really don't take up too much bandwidth... you are going to have problems with dial-up.
