hey my advertised speed is 3.0mpbs an 384 Kbps of upload rogers.com

if you have a router, bypass it and connect your pc direct to modem, never use USB, you need to use ethernet

then there is something in your route, do you get bad speed against all testservers when traffic is high?

if so, your ISP probl hooked up too many customers on same node

if its just against this server, there is nothing you can do

ya i geuss alot of people got this ISP,  i upgraded my connection from 256/64 to this if you remmember me.
