Im having major problems with my verizon dsl dl speed.

I ran cable nut adjuster and used the file:

C:\VanBurens_cablenut_settings_version_5_ALL_WIN_OS_AND_SAT\WIN2k_XP_SP2\WinXP_2K_CABLE_DSL\MSS1460\Cable & DSL 1500 384

Verizon advertised speed is 1.5Mbps / 384Kbps

I'm also on a NETGEAR router, and I have 2 pc's connected to it.

I ran the dl Test with the other computer shut off.

I have a MTU of 1500

and im on the router, so is something wrong there, or am i suppose to get 1500 instead of 1492/

try this file, unzip it and dubbleclick on the file, click save to registry

now reboot, leave your router bypassed and powercycle your modem for 30 full seconds

make a new speedtest, use the 2992 KB testfile

try this, open cablenut, click delete cablenut tweaks and click save to registry

now all fields suppose to be blank

set TcpWindowSize and GlobalMaxTcpWindowsize to 32120 and click save to registry and reboot

now make a new speedtest

use the 2992 KB testfile
