Bottom Line:: 18X faster than 56K 1MB download in 8.53 sec
Diagnosis: May need help : running at only 58.19 % of your hosts average (sympatico.ca)

thats my current download speed which is 980 Kbps  i did this test a year ago and it was over 1400 so something really wrong has happened can anyone help me out? i got that cable nut and installed one of those addons but i dont see a difference its exactly the same (could it be because i didntopen it or is it always open) anywas i would love it for someone to help me out

hi and thanks for the welcome

i guess my problem is fixed
i called my sympatico service and they told me my line used to be at 1.5Mbps
today my download speed at is 1Mbps
they said they decreased my speed because my network gets unstable so i am stuck with 1Mbps
personally i dont get how it could get unstable but is there anyway to increse it now??

ooh yeah i forgot cable doesnt run on ur phone line (or does it??) thats the way i can get better speeds
