your MTU seems off

download http://www.dslreports.com/front/DRTCP021.exe

open it and make sure all MTU fields is blank, if not use delete key and erase them

now click apply and exit

i assume you have cablenut installed, open it and click delete cablenut tweaks and click save to registry

now reboot

make a new speed and tweaktest

now your MTU is 1500 and that what you suppose to have with router installed aswell, do you have any option in routersetup to change MTU?

93.7 % of advertised cap thats very good oversea

what is your upload?

try this

download this attached file, unzip it to C:\Program\Cablenut

open cablenut adjuster, in top left corner, click file, load custom settings file, browse to C:\Program\Cablenut and dubble click on the file you unzipped

now click save to registry and reboot

test speed again, use the 2992 KB test down and 1496 KB test upsteam

also make a new tweaktest
