I connect to my provider via ethernet port. Is a regular network card better than using  the port on the mobo. Been having problems with my upload speeds, u think it will help to get a network card..Bud

Just like everything else... some are good, some are not so good... I used to be against onboard network adapters but the motherboard I have now the onboard is working GREAT.... I would try putting another adapter in and see if that clears it up for ya.  You never know
