Hey dont worry about the upload... Anything faster than 256kB/s is really good... Most of use would love to have your upload.. Very Happy

As far as cable go it is the fasted medium for broadband internet access under $100.  You can go T1 or T3 but then you are looking in to the $1000's per month...  If you read my article about the new d-link broadband products you would find that the future is leading to home consumers making the switch to fiber optic broadband.... This doesnt mean that you should go out and buy some $3000 Cisco fiber router but eventually we will have speeds in the area of 30mb/s download and 5 to 10 mb/s upload... They are currently testing in China and Japan along with some selected places inside the US.

Perhaps this it where I should op my MTU to 1500?  I video between here and Saudi Arabia, and I pay a little extra for faster uploads. Downloads are always at or over the 4.0.  They will change me to 5.5 and 512up in July of this year, so we will see how this pans out..........

Waiting on more speed is a tough one    lol

Thanks,

Just be patient. I had to wait two months for the speed to be upped. And uploading is still crap.
