this pic is not edited it in absolutely anyway and i did not "predownload" the file than redownload the file

so here it is i can also get it from ie or any other browser also if preferred

Mozilla always starts downloads that high. Its normal.

err it was under additional options
and i dont thnk 30mb thru the download it would still be that fast

yes it would.. if part of it was downloaded, or if  mozilla is slow on caching it it will read that way. On some downloads i can hold "2mb/s" for over 20 mb.

well anyway
the problem with it is that i can only get that speed from my own website
which is "self-hosted"

-anyone catch onto that: i basicakly just downloaded from 127.0.0.1
