i just Tryed to download doom 3 demo and it was running fine before now it jrunning at this.. WTF is going on ... im running virus scan at this moment.. As much help as possible

You should get download manager. I use freshdownload. It's easy to use. What you can do is download with that, then when you see your connection drop, pause the download for a few hours. Then resume it and finish it up. Download.com has a lot of download managers you can choose from.
