There has been many MANY people who have posted scores over 5Mbps off SBC ~~  I think they offer those speeds in some areas... though I haven't researched it.

what would I have to gain by saying I'm an SBC customer if I wasn't?  I do have SBC DSL, and these are my test results!  Very Happy

I'm paying $44.99 / mo for the 1.5-3 Expert Plus package...but they set my cap at 6 Mbps down because my line can handle it...and I'm CO based.

I don't always get results this good, but I usually do get somewhere around 4.5 down / 345 up.

You get 95% of your advertised speeds, that is very nice already. And because of that price you shouldn't be complaining.
