hey eagle Smile

sounds like the route to testmy.net

try the mirrors aswell

if speed still is slow, try changing the DefaultReceiveWindow to 921600

and make a pathping

start-run-cmd

pathping testmy.net

heya **eagle**  Smile

the speed was fine against the NY servers, so the problem is not your ISP

its the route from your ISP to testmy.net
