alright well i upgraded to tier 3 on cable recently and..i seem to still be capped, i called Cox and all and they dont know whats up with the speed...constant speeds arnt even that good can get 45 up constant...but it stops at 45...and from what i hear, tier 3 for Cox is basically uncapped...anyone?

CA3LE might have some insite... Are you talking about having a 45mbs connection for you home?? If that is the case that would be one hell of a connection... Infact as fast as a t-3 dedicated... I can only dream about what that would be like...

im supposed to be 'uncapped' and do about 7mbs down and 500-700k up (constant)
but im capped and do 700kb down / 45 up Sad

Smile I dont think that they are uncapped.....I will try to find article I just read recently and let you know....obtw what state are you in??
