Isn't the cap for standard road runner 3 Mbps?  If so, I would say that your download test looks pretty good Smile.

Hears the deal.. I pay earthink for my cable but Time Warner/ Road Runner provie it.. And I think its capped at 350KB.. This is with no tweaks because I don't know how to tweak.
