rundll32 problem

Pleas if anybody can help me with this before i turn off or restart my comp i got this message rundll32 ending program??? once i wait to the end is not responding ?? i never had it before how to fix it??? Embarassed

those types of error messages ususally have to do with drivers not being correct or doing something they shouldnt... More info will be helpful! What are you doing when this error occures? Can you make the error happen? System specs...
