I have a dsl connection on a wired lynksys 4 port router i have to use a Ethernet to USB 2.0 10/100 adapter

Its configured to AutoSence verces 100base tx full_duplex

my network icon shows connection of 200Mbps

The downloads are fine i know they could mabey go faster but te upload is unbearable i run a website and wen i ftp software like photoshop 250MB it take a little while.....28k icon_pale

i tried cable but and tcp/ip optimizer but i got slower results after trying all the preset settings,tyring a few of my own, then useing some i found in these forums from others yes i ran the virus and malware checks in safemode i went as far as formating my drive back to FAT with a win95/98 disk then Formated again to NTFS with xp pro lol just to make sure all malware if any lurks i reformat about 1nce every2 weeks its a buisness pc so i have to stay safe.... Embarassed

but anyways iv tryed everything i nedd some help from the pros im not a noob but neither a expert all elp will be appreciated
