Man, I woke up, heard they upgraded all of PA, took some tests and got the same speed.  I got one test that was 5000kB/s, but I was let down.  Then I actually downloaded some files, and now I'm happy as hell Smile

Actually, I have one, albeit a bad one still, but now I get about 11kB/s upload.  I have no idea how, but I do.  I seriously hope this doesn't change, because I shouldn't get this fast on either  Twisted Evil

Ok, here are two tests from testmy.net now.  The route must still suck big time, now it's nowhere near my speed.
