Hello i have adelphia 4Mbps/512Mbps..
Can you help me tweak my connection..
Here is what im getting riight now.

hey osva and welcome to the forum Smile

try this cablenutfile and see if it helps

just unzip it and dubbleclick on the file, then click save to registry and reboot

powercycle your modem, leave it off for 30 full seconds and test speed again

Now my internet is getting worse than ever,.. i don't know what's happening.. I can get constant speed.. and when i do a 2992Kbps test the best i can do it is like 2080 and down to 800Kbps.. what could be wrong?
My cable modem is connected thru a linkys BEFW11s4, but i also connected directly to the comp and nothing..
Also i turned off my firewall and some other thing that could affect and nothing.
What can I do?

When i download something big, it just download for about 3 seconds at top speed. then no download for 2 seconds and so on.. What could be wrong.
My DU meter go to 300 kb to 4kb.

you loose packets, probl a overloaded node on your ISP net

run a linequality test here http://www.dslreports.com/tools

if bypassing router and connecting direct to modem via ethernet dosent help, call your ISP and let them check your modem signals
