I just came back from Florida (vacation) couple of hours ago and was glad to see that Cox Communication has gotten even better Smile

Download Speed is:: 610 kB/sec

Bottom Line:: 89 times faster than 56K you can download 1MB in 1.68 second(s)

Smile Yes we have been enjoying the new speeds for a short while, the best part to me is I get extra speed and it didnt cost me anything:)

Comcast might upgrade once again... they dont like to be out proformed in certain areas.. just depends if Cox is in Comcast areas..

My guess is that the are not into the cable area... Isnt roadrunner more dsl than cable internet
