Its not my firewall i disabled it alot of times and my friends have firewalls too... The same kinds!

It could be one or more of many things..
Network card drivers are faulty. spyware viruses Modem/router deffective modem/router drivers need updating phone line or splitter faulty.
I think the easiest thing to do is to go directly thru the modem to test speeds.. If their fine, its the router. If it isnt, borrow your friends modem and test on your pc.If your speeds are still slow its either something with your machine or the phone lines to your home.

you see all the ip's that means that you have to go threre all thous routers to get to this site thats prob y you get slow speeds
but I'm only 13 ok
