It's impossible to get those speeds with dial-up.  Or satellite, I'd firgure.

"cache" speed test probably or a download accelerator.
Download a file and you'll only get dial-up speeds.

If you get such bizarre speeds do a couple of tests and show us that it's not just a cached test. That kinda speed just isn't possible for people using non-business connections.

This is beginning to bug me when people do this all the time. ;)  It isn't possible with your connection, dial-up or satellite, not personal home-use anyway.
