1. win xp pro.
2. Comcast HSI, 3000/256 (advertised)
3.I have cablenut's program, adjuster. My settings for it are
4. yes, i have no spyware or adware, or virus.

Download Speed is:: 311 kB/s

Bottom Line:: 45 times faster than 56K you can download 1MB in 3.29 second(s)

Hey and welcome to the forum !

try this cablenut update, install it in your cablenut folder.

http://dslnuts.com/files/CABLENUT_UPDATE.exe

after that, open adjuster, click file and open custom settings file, browse to Cablenut_update folder and choose win xp_2k cable, now choose cabledsl 3000 256 by dubbleclicking on it, now your back in adjuster, click save to registry and reboot your pc.

yeah,  my speeds got better after that update, but my upload is still slow. is there anything i can do to make my upload faster? btw, im running a router connected to my modem cuz i have a network. check it out

Your upload isn't bad at all, 226 out of 256. That's about 90%, which is perfectly normal.
