Though I'm not exactly new to the forum, this is my first post... I been skulking in the shadows learning all I can
about the ONLY high speed internet connection available to me as I live in the sierra foothills...

I recently sign up for DirecWay thru a website that has the company name electronics express, but the website
url would seem to indicate that they are a subdivision of DirecWay... www.DirecWay.bz  The deal I signed up for
was the $99  for 15 months then $59 a month thereafter. DirecWay usually charges (well I found out THEY
ALWAYS DO) $99 one time install and activation, this website boasted a instant rebate of $50. As I was going
to sign up anyway, and am kinda cheap, I did. Well folks, you'll never guess what happened when the bill came in,
ok you did guess didnt ya? I was charged $99. To make a long story shorter (cause its too late now) called
DirecWay, they said it's the correct amount, it's how much they always charge, blah blah, spoke with 3 diff people
there, all pawned me off on somebody else, last person said send an email to salesinfo@DirecWay, no response
from them, have sent emails and called electronics express and no answer from them... so buyer beware I guess
is the moral of the story...

Am I happy with the service, hell yeah it beats the 21k (tops) dial up I was getting... FAP bucket sux, but thanks to
everyone at this site I have been able to optimize my connect usually get much better then average DirecWay speeds
1100 Kbps sometimes and havent been fap'd in 2 weeks. Thanks for all your help, knowledge and wit.
