Which package binow? For the standard one, it's really fast (aka 1.5 times as fast as you would be with a cap), but for the most expensive one you only get a bit above the advertised speeds IIRC.

It should be the 4MB package as far as I know. I think they are just "tickling my ass" with the faster speed just like they do with all the HBO/Cinemax/Ect movie channels for a bit. I'll like the speed and want it back once they switch me to the normal speed I am paying for.

Actually, if you look at what the other score with Cox, you'll see that (almost...) everyone goes over the cap. Yours is just a bit more extreme, because there's problably not many people on your node.
So if you can keep your neighbourhood from getting Cox as well, you'll keep that speed for a long time.

This will be my download speed for the next 3 days. My dad is downloading something at 1 - 15 kB/s and it somehow eats up 300.  

damn i need Cox up here, im on adelphia they *tickled my ass* with super fast speeds and now they are slackin. but its not drastic i still get 700-800 k/b's dl speed

...my download speeds were never that high unless im lucky... i never got my ass tickled... mine are always 600 or below on average...
