reminds me of Comcasts soon 8MB and their lack in changing the upstream to at least 1MB.
but I'm sure that'll also be moved up....

I'm actually waiting for FIOS to be available in LA..
that also is taking too long. being almost every surrounding
city has begun to receive or is next on the list of cities..

I think I remember reading an article saying that FIOS would only be available in Southern California. Smile

Your test shows that you are only 4 Kbps shy of the advertised cap.  I'd say that's pretty good.
