ok, I have Cox high speed internet, but im downloading at
::::::::::.. Download Stats ..::::::::::
Connection is:: 1006 Kbps about 1 Mbps (tested with 2992 KB)
Download Speed is:: 123 kB/s
Tested From:: http://www.testmy.net/
Bottom Line:: 18 times faster than 56K you can download 1MB in 8.33 second(s)

My question is how do I get them to ^ my cap? The cable man said it is set on this and he has called the server people a couple of times to ^ it but they haven"t done it yet. I actually keep getting slower everyday. Everytime I call them I sit on hold for at least 20min. and give up.

I have already had him run an optimizer but not this one.

Ok I ran the optimizer you posted CA3LE and it worked well Very Happy

It seems to work best when I put it on extreme is this ok? And are there any other tricks with it besides clicking extreme and hitting the optimal button?

Well thanks for the try cable guy. I called the tech support and they said that until they upgrade the system that that is all the juice Im supposed to have. That sucks because he said that they start in Lousiana and go this way and Im in Texas..north texas. So I guess I'll just run this S#!t unless you have any other suggestions.
