Doubt OC-48.. maybe ds3.. OC-48 is normally used for business critical operations and is kept internal.. like a ring..   It could also be fractional.. so many possiblities.. but that is one hell of a score!

upload is F#@&in horrible........almost as bad as my cable.......for that download speed my upload seems like 14,400 baud
