wow I finally got good download speed Id downloaded update for cablenut 4.0.8 and this is what ive gotten Shocked

::::::::::.. Download Stats ..::::::::::
Connection is:: 2606 Kbps about 2.6 Mbps (tested with 2992 KB)
Download Speed is:: 318 kB/s
Tested From:: http://www.testmy.net/
Bottom Line:: 47 times faster than 56K you can download 1MB in 3.22 second(s)

I used T3 Registry! and gotten 2.6 Mbps!

T3 settings???

hehe, didnt you find cable settings?

If you got cable and half duplex your flowcontrol wont work very well, you will notice it when somone is uploading from you while your downloading.

It's generally not a good idea to use programs like that, expecially ones that will use settings for a connection that is rated much higher than your line, but if you are happy, then go for it.
