Yes i have the same thing. I wanna know when someone gets an upgrade.. Ill see if i get an upgrade when i get w new Modem. This one might not be able to handle the new speeds.

Had the cable go down for about 5 minutes about 4:00 AM, so was hoping, but still no upgrade in southwestern Michigan (Niles).

From what I have been reading on the Comcast forums they had some sort of screw up in Detroit and are still trying to work it out, I saw a Comcast tech at my neighbors house here in Lansing and asked him when this is going to happen and he said they were all ready here, just waiting for the word to go.........SUCKS !!

I had a tech here installing a DVR a couple weeks ago and he didn't know diddly about Comcast HSI. Guess he was just a DVR dude.

Something is happening in Niles, MI...southwestern MI. My speed has been bouncing around, but I have been seeing it staying higher more often. When I get a day or two of the tests staying high I'll change my comment under my avatar.
