hey, i run the test and this is what i got:

::::::::::.. Download Stats ..::::::::::
Connection is:: 487 Kbps about 0.5 Mbps (tested with 579 kB)
Download Speed is:: 59 kB/s
Tested From:: http://testmy.net/ (server2)
Test Time:: Tue Aug 9 04:01:30 UTC+0300 2005
Bottom Line:: 9X faster than 56K 1MB download in 17.36 sec
Diagnosis: May need help : running at only 48.46 % of your hosts average (229.30)

my score varies tho from 350k-500k usually... im not sure wht speed i shud have but i wanna know how i can improve the speed, and if their is a way to get my latency in games higher, like i live in california but i get better  pings in europe sometimes...

And Open The Adjuster And Press File-open custom settings file-press ccs- then cable
and prees cable_normal_2k.ccs And see What HAppens Razz

Along with cablenut, you'll want to go HERE, download VanBuren's latest file, and choose the one that is best suited to your connection.  If you could also let us know what your advertised speeds are?  Also try testing at a mirror closer to you.

im not connected thru usb, i dont have a mac, i power cycled my modem recnelty, zone alarm is shut up when i take tests or play games, i scanned for viruses ad/spy ware, i hace CCleaner, i have the latest updates, i do not know wht my advertised speed is... and im not sure about the other tests, shud i paste them here?

call your ISP and ask what your advertised speed is

2. Who your Internet Service Provider (ISP) is, and what the advertised speed for download/upload is.

3. What tweaking programs you already have installed, and run this test http://www.dslreports.com/tweaks.  Copy and paste result URL address in your post!

4. What speed do you have against http://testmy.net and http://nitro.ucsc.edu/ also download this Tracert and Ping program (made by php) and click on check.bat.  When it's done, copy and paste the results in your post.
