Nope, it's for 1.5Mbps down and 256K up. The down is upcapped but the up is capped at 256K. I usually get about 245K up. Comcast does run slow sometimes, but it is always above the 1.5Mbps for me.

Thats the small test.... try the big 2296 ( or whatever ) and youll see closer to your true(r) speeds...

on the small test anyone can do well
