hey everyone

i just bought the plextor px-716a dual layer drive and it came with the plextools pro. my question is... i want to back up my cd collection which all my cds are in exellent condition. which would be best to use Exact Audio Copy with the Ape format or just stick with plextools? thank you everyone.

Are you referring to audio cd's or data cd's such as games or applications.

one hell of a sweet drive you got there.. i would use what ever you can rip in a lossless format and the highest listening quality..

Well, since the drive is so popular and reliable, I would think that its company's software is pretty good as well, but I have never used it or the other one that you mentioned.. Most programs (including Windows Media Player rip audio cds), so you won't have a problem backing them up anyways.. Smile
