Yeah, my upload is CRAP.  It won't go past 29 damnit, ever.

Yeah, I tweaked my download speed.  I pay for 3Mbps, so I am definatly in the 90th percentile.  But, when I actually download from sites and such, I usually get between 330-350 kB/sec.  My upload should be 256 Kbps, so I guess I am around where I should be.  I just wish I could get it faster.
